Once a week we email you a short, forward-safe overview of how your domains are doing — designed to read in under a minute and link you straight to the page behind any issue. This page explains what's in it and how to read it.
Each chip names the issue in plain text — for example "SPF record missing", "DKIM key missing for an active selector", or "SPF/DKIM alignment gap" — so you can read it without decoding a colour:
Severity is carried by that wording — the issue text plus Fix → vs View → and the Critical-only why-line — never by colour alone. Each domain row also shows a status icon next to its name (✅ healthy, 🟠 needs attention, 🔴 critical) alongside its pass rate.
Chips are grouped so you see at most one chip per category per domain — the most serious issue in each area, not a wall of duplicates. If a domain has more issues than fit, the email says so honestly ("+N more …") and links you to the full list rather than pretending the list is complete.
Every chip and every domain row is a link to the exact page for that concern — one click, straight to the answer. The link text always names the action (for example Fix → or View →); there's no bare "click here".

Not signed in when you click? You'll hit the normal sign-in page first, then continue on to the page you were heading for. Nothing in the email itself needs a login to read.
The summary day and the on/off switch live in your Notification settings (the same place as your other digests), reachable from the footer of every summary and from your account:
Why does my domain show an issue the DNS page no longer shows? Because the summary is built from the most recent scan, not a live lookup at the moment you read it. We check your DNS periodically, not continuously, so there's a normal lag: a fix you just made may still show as an issue in the email until the next scan, while the live DNS page (which you reach by clicking the chip) already reflects it. Trust the page over the email when they disagree. If a scan was skipped or hasn't run yet for a domain, the summary simply leaves that domain's DNS chips off rather than guessing or alarming.
The summary is built to be shareable. It contains no server IP addresses, no mail addresses, and no raw DNS records — only aggregate counts, your domain names, and policy summaries. The email says so inside itself, on a trust line at the bottom:
